1. Pre-installed Apps

Pre-installed Apps on your phone not only take up space but may also run in the background. Therefore, these apps should be disabled or uninstalled (if this is possible).

2. Animations and Transitions

Disabling animations on your phone will make the transitions faster.

To disable animations on your smartphone, launch the settings app and navigate to developer options. Scroll down to find ‘Window animation scale’, ‘Transition animation scale’, and ‘Animation duration scale’. All you need to do is to deactivate it.

3. Adaptive Brightness

Adaptive brightness increase power consumption and the battery will be affected in the long run. It is better to put it off and calibrate the brightness yourself.

4. Vibrations and Sounds

Vibrations and Sounds as irritating as they are, irritating have an impact on your device’s performance.

To disable these sounds and vibrations on your smartphone, navigate to Settings, then Sound & Notifications.
You are advised to disable Dial pad sounds, Screen locking sounds, Charging sounds, Touch sounds and Vibrate on touch.
