No Dealers, No Decoder Sales – TSTV

6 days after the launch of Telcom Satelite TV (TSTV Decoder) which was on the 1st of October, no one has been able to see or lay hands on the decoder at any dealer's shops in Nigeria.

This has put off the fire and energy in so many customers who wished to buy the TStv decoder as early as possible. Frustrated fans took to social media to blast the newly-launched Pay TV for the delay in sales of her decoder and dish.

TSTV Decoder delay sales

The ABS Global operated satellite TV has finally replied and provided an answer to why the TStv decoder have not been dispatched to dealers for sales nationwide. They said:

“TStv Africa wishes to inform the general public that the delay in the commencement of the commercial sale of TStv Africa decoder is as a result of complaints of non-availability of dealer / retailer outlets in some areas and some dealers who are still in the process of accreditation, pleaded to get accredited before product sale commencement so as to have control over their region.”

Still, no date was announced by TSTV in regards of when the decoders and dish will hit stores across the country. But to speedy things up, you too can become a TSTV dealer.
